Privacy

Privacy notice for pesotrackph.com, written for the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Effective 22 October 2026.

Who this notice is from

PesoTrack is a division of BOXABL PH CONSTRUCTION OPC and publishes the tracker at pesotrackph.com. This notice is from that company. It does not cover a bank, broker, or file host you choose to use on your own.

What stays on your device

Holdings (symbol, share count, and average cost) and the watch list (up to 10 symbols) are saved in this browser’s local storage under the key pesotrack-v1. That store does not leave the device unless you export it.

Export downloads a JSON file you control. If you upload that file to Google Drive or any other service, that service’s own policy applies. PesoTrack does not receive the file.

What we do not collect

There is no brokerage login. Continue with Google or Continue with X sends you to that service and back to pesotrackph.com. We receive the name and email the provider shares, and we keep a session so the site can show that you are signed in. We do not receive a password from Google or X.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your portfolio to advertise, score, or profile you.

What leaves the device

Your browser loads the pages and scripts of the site from the host that serves pesotrackph.com. The server then requests public quotes from the Exchange Rate API, the OilPriceAPI demo, and gold-api.com. Those requests do not include your portfolio.

The host may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, time, and the path requested, to run and protect the site. Those logs are not joined to a portfolio, because the portfolio is not sent. We do not add an advertising or analytics cookie of our own.

Storage, not cookies

The portfolio uses local storage, not a cookie. Sign-in on pesotrackph.com sets a session cookie so the site can remember the Google or X account on this browser: the name and email that service shares, not a password, and not the portfolio. That cookie is not used for advertising and is not shared with other sites. Clearing cookies signs you out. It may not remove the portfolio. Use the browser’s site-data controls, or delete holdings in the Portfolio tab and names in the Watch tab.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to access, correct, erase, or take a copy of personal data a controller holds, and you may object to certain processing. On this tracker the practical form of those rights is on the device: open Portfolio to see the data, edit or remove a holding to correct or erase it, open Watch to see or remove a name, and export JSON to take a copy. Holdings and the watch list are not kept on the server. The sign-in record is only the name and email from Google or X, plus the session that shows you are signed in. Sign out from the account button to end that session.

We do not make a decision about you by automated processing. We do not transfer your portfolio overseas, because we do not receive it. Public quote requests go to the third-party APIs named above and carry no portfolio.

Children

The tracker is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect a child’s data.
