PesoTrack, a division of BOXABL PH CONSTRUCTION OPC, lets you look at a Philippine stock board refreshed from the exchange’s public pages, a foreign-exchange and commodity tape, and a portfolio and watch list stored on your device. It is free, personal, and provided as-is. The company can change, pause, or withdraw it without notice.

You must be able to form a contract under Philippine law. If you use the site for someone else, you are responsible for that use.

The site does not advise you to buy, sell, or hold anything, and it cannot place an order. Figures can be delayed, incomplete, illustrative, or replaced by a fallback, as the Disclosures describe. You check anything that matters with the exchange, your broker, or another official source.

You are responsible for the share counts and costs you enter, and for any backup file you download or import. PesoTrack does not keep a server copy. If you clear site data, uninstall the browser profile, or lose the device without an export, the portfolio and watch list on that browser are gone. The watch list holds at most 10 symbols. It is not an alert and not an order.

Do not misuse the site. That includes overloading it, trying to break access controls, presenting its delayed or illustrative figures as a live official feed of the Philippine Stock Exchange, or claiming that PesoTrack speaks for the Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Commission, or the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

You may not copy the board in bulk to resell it as market data. Personal use of the tracker is allowed.

The PesoTrack name, the peso-and-chart mark, and the arrangement of this tracker belong to BOXABL PH CONSTRUCTION OPC. Exchange names, ticker symbols, and issuer names belong to their owners and are used only to identify securities. Third-party quotes remain subject to those providers’ terms.

The site is provided without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent Philippine law allows that disclaimer.

To the same extent, PesoTrack is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tracker, including reliance on a delayed, illustrative, or fallback figure. If a mandatory rule does not allow a total exclusion, liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the site. Use of the tracker is free, so that amount is zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are brought in the proper courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any right you cannot waive as a consumer.

If one term is unenforceable, the rest stay in force. Waiting to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms, the Disclosures, and the Privacy notice are the whole agreement about the tracker.
